Introduction

Everyday Kitchen respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on our website. This policy outlines the procedures for submitting a notice of alleged infringement and for filing a counter-notice.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice, please provide all of the following: 1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; 2) identification of the infringing material and its URL on our site; 3) your name, address, telephone number, and email address; 4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use is not authorized; and 5) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Everyday Kitchen will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion, even for a single infringement, if circumstances warrant.
